I am von. Other than that, what you must know is that I was born and I am not eating crackers at the moment...or am I? + I am a 20-something graphic designer who lives in Hadley, MA with my gf + 2 friends and 4 cats. I work at a nearby university as the Web Guru for the engineering department, and I like (parts of) my job. My dream job is to co-own a cooperative graphic design studio with a handful of other people and be able to dye my hair weird colors and dress in costumes at work. To that end, I have been giving more thought to my side projects and portfolio lately, and want a place to rant, rave, and go crazy about design-related things. + I have also recently come to the conclusion that I'll probably settle down in this valley, at least for the foreseeable future, and simply do a good deal of traveling around - preferably with my gf and/or others, but sometimes by myself. So this is also a travel blog when it needs to be. + Finally, I am very obsessed with lots of different crafts and project-based hobbies. I almost never find TIME for any of them, sometimes I'll rediscover and play around with one or two for a number of months at a time, and I love cataloging and documenting these forays. + That pretty much sums up you what you'll find in this journal!
